Exporting the issues to Excel format can be done within a few clicks directly from the issue dashboard page. Once the export process will be completed, you will receive a notification via the interface and an email letting you know that your file is ready to download. Simply click the message contained in the notification to start downloading the file.
- Open the issue list.
- Open the filter menu.
- Apply relevant filters and select "Display All".
To export all issues, leave all filters blank except for the Display field. Set it to ‘All’. By choosing the grid layout icon at the top right of the screen, you’ll be able to easily select all your issues.
- Click the gear icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Select all issues.
- Click the Export button.
- Select the Excel format.
- Press the export button.
