If the need should arise and an issue needs to be created from a 2D plan view, simply narrow your model space to the area in question and use the Create Issue command. Fill in the necessary attributes and publish the issue.
Follow the steps below or watch this short video to create issues in 2D plan views and retrieve them in a 3D environment.
- In Revit, open the desired 2D plan.
- Use the Create Issue feature (see Create an Issue - Add-ins). The issue will then be accessible on the Newforma Konekt web platform or directly in 3D authoring platforms for quick resolution.
- In Newforma Konekt web platform, retrieve the issue using the View in model button. You'll be taken to the exact same location in 3D.
