There are some limitations to the WPF toolkit (components and controls) which is used by the add-in interface. To resolve the issue, Windows display definition (DPI) must be set to 100% on your computer. To do so, simply right-click on the desktop, select 'Display settings' and make sure the scale factor is set to 100%. Once the change has been applied, restart the computer and the issue should be resolved.
