The Publish tool recognizes plans that are part of the Revit model. Drawings, annotations and design plans (which are just images) have to be manually exported to Newforma Konekt.

In Revit, under the File tab, open the Print window.

Make sure that you’re using the PDF printer and select your all the sheets that you want to save:
- Clicking on OK will bring you to another window where you will be able to define your file path and save your sheets as separate or merged PDFs. Click again on OK.
- Once this is done, you simply need to import those PDFs from the Newforma Konekt Viewer:
