Causes
The disappearing Newforma Konekt window can be caused by a two screen setup.
Resolution
- Once your project is open, go to the Windows 'display settings' that you can access with a right-click on your desktop's background.
- Simply click on one of the screens and hold the mouse button in order to drag that screen from one side to the other. In other words, if screen 2 is on the left, drag it to the right. If it is on the right, drag it to the left. Once this is done, apply that modification.
- You should now be able to see the Newforma Konekt window in Revit or in any other Autodesk platform. You can also revert you screens to the previous setup.
Note that the Newforma Konekt window may also appear as a small undocked box on the corner or side of your screen. If so, you can click on one of its corners and extend it it to the adequate size.
