If you are having trouble publishing sheets to your project, here are some steps you can take to try to resolve the situation:
- The most common cause for missing sheets is that the dimensions of your sheets do not match the sheet dimensions that are supported by our viewer. Here is the list of supported sizes: Supported Paper format - Publish Sheets Feature
- You can also attempt to reinstall the BIM Track PDF printer as follows
- Uninstall BIM Track from 'Add/Remove Programs' in Windows. If you see a PDF printer with the name BIM Track, please uninstall it as well:
- Then, reinstall the BIM Track add-in by downloading it from this page: https://bimtrack.co/resources/integrations/add-ins/revit.
*When installing, it is also important to click on the link below to install the PDF printer:
- Uninstall BIM Track from 'Add/Remove Programs' in Windows. If you see a PDF printer with the name BIM Track, please uninstall it as well:
- It is also possible that the PDF printer is the problem. In order to determine what could have caused the error, you can take the following approach:
- From the Revit print tool, you should select the same sheet as well as the BIM Track printer:
- After clicking on 'Ok', select the backup folder. Once this is done and you click on 'Ok' again, and an error message appears on the screen, try the operation again but this time by selecting another PDF printer.

- Finally, it is still possible to publish sheets manually by uploading them to the viewer(see Upload a Model From a IFC File).
